2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
Made from Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon. It is grown at 1329 feet above sea level in an area the Native Indians called “The Valley of the 13 Oaks.” Many of these ancient oaks surround our vineyard. This wine has an elegant fruit profile, with hints of red currents, Bing cherries, raspberries, and a medium-light body with restrained tannin structure, creating a very enjoyable wine.
